BEFORE YOU ASK

The questions
that decide it.

The answers that are usually buried in a comparison table or a sales call.

  • What is early-bird pricing?

These are launch prices. Subscribe on or before 30 September 2026 and your workspace keeps this rate when the price goes up, for as long as the subscription stays active. Prices rise for workspaces that subscribe after that date.

  • Is there a free tier?

No. There is a 14-day trial with the whole product in it. A card is required to start it, nothing is charged during it, and if you cancel before it ends you are not billed.

  • What counts as a billable seat?

Active owners, admins, and members. Viewers are free and unlimited, so the people who only need to read the board or the wiki never appear on the invoice. Deactivating a member stops billing for that seat.

  • Why is annual a third cheaper?

£19.99 per seat per year works out at £1.67 per seat per month against £2.49 billed monthly. It is the same product either way — the discount is for paying up front, not for a bigger plan.

  • Do you price in dollars or euros?

Prices are set and charged in British pounds and exclude VAT, wherever you are. £2.49 is roughly $3 or €3 per seat per month, but your card issuer sets the rate on the day, so treat that as a guide rather than a quote.

  • What happens when the trial ends?

Your chosen billing rhythm begins unless you cancel. You pick monthly or annual when you subscribe, and the seat count follows your membership list rather than a plan you have to resize.

  • Is there a limit on boards or storage?

Boards and seats are unlimited. Storage is a fair-use pool of 10 GB per billable seat across the whole workspace — five seats is 50 GB — which is years of screenshots and documents for a team, but it is a team workspace rather than a file host. Nothing in the product cuts you off at the line today: if a workspace goes well past it we will get in touch, not delete anything.
